By purchasing a package through Elysium Created Productions, herein referred to as ECP, you as the buyer, agree to the following terms.

*Any and all information that the author provides ECP will be used strictly for promoting the author on various available resources.

*ECP does not guarentee that your use of our packages and programs will increase your book sales. We offer methods that have produced effective results in exposure and getting your name circulated on varous media sites and the world wide web.

*All purchases made on the ECP are non-refundable.

*We accept payment through paypal only at this time and the author must agree to set up a paypal acct to be able to process payments due to ECP.

*The buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions: all coverart designs, articles, and promotional releases are the property of ECP and are copywrited.   The reproduction of any article requires written consent of ECP first.   ECP must be listed as the coverart designer in all published works. ECP does NOT require any type of royalties to be paid for the affore mentioned items,  only that credit must be listed to ECP or their website information.

ECP does contain links to  third-party websites.  These links do not constitute our endorsement or approval of the content of their websites or of their policies, products, services or opinions. We will list links that we believe are a benefit to self-published authors that we believe are reputable. These links are being provided as a convenience for subscribers of our services only.  ECP bears no responsibility for the accuracy, legality or content of any website listed on our website nor for links on the outside website should you chose to visit them. 

*ECP reserves the right to refuse services to anyone based on our discretion, including the content of the work.
